Our Story

Cooking with the clock, not against it.

Nocturne opened in 2010 with a simple idea: the best tables are set late, when the kitchen slows down and the room settles into candlelight. Chef Elena Voss builds each menu around what the market gave her that morning — nothing frozen, nothing flown in from off-season.

Sixteen seats. One seating. A menu that changes with the week, not the quarter.
